Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for Book Nami. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for our two paid products: subscriptions and one-time AI credit purchases.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the most recent renewal in full, provided you have not used a material amount of the period's included credits or paid features.

AI credit packs

One-time AI credit purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been consumed. If you have not used any credits from a pack, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

Failed generations

If an AI generation fails on our side, the reserved credits are released back to your wallet automatically. You are only charged for successful work.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law. If your local law grants a longer cooling-off period, that period applies.

How to request a refund

Use the contact page with your account email and the invoice number. We reply within two business days.
